21 weeks.
And things are getting real.
Size of babies: length of a carrot/12 ish ounces
Size of mama: Growing day by day. No, really…I think by the minute.
Ugh. Work bathroom selfie. Excuse the static in my shirt I've been wearing my suit jacket:-)
How I feel: I still feel pretty good most of the time. It’s more when I exert myself or have a long day on my feet/cleaning/doing chores/chasing a toddler…you know, just living life; then I get SORE (back) and feel the PRESSURE. I’m still trying to walk a good bit. I definitely busted out the heating pad the other day….and I still have 17 (give or take) weeks of this?!? Scary.
We had our 20 week ultrasound/scan last Friday and both little boys looked wonderful. SUCH a HUGE blessing. I obviously know there are still plenty of things that can come up, and as a momma will FOREVER worry about those things, but it was a relief to have them both check out healthy at this point in time. They each measured about 12 oz. on Friday, which they said is what most babies are at 20 weeks. It’s amazing to me how something so TINY already has SO MUCH formed. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these little profile pictures of my boys:)
*Nursery progress: we started painting the nursery. The white coat is up….so we still need to do the stripes. That may be a while. Must pick out the perfect VERY PALE aqua/blue shade first.
Happy Wednesday!
xoxo
Cute :)
