It’s the December of the spring. The busiest month! We had dance pictures, field day, and popsicle and play day last week:-) (can you tell Collins is OBSESSED with doing heel stretches everywhere she does?! ;-) )
We took off for a laid back low country weekend Friday after work- just what we needed. We’ve been busting our butts around the house lately and were due some down time. Have I told y’all how much I love my weekends at Village Creek?! Prob only a million times, right?! I rarely put make up on, we go to bed early and sleep till 8, we rock on the porch, we ride golf carts, bikes and boats- we just chill, and relax and it’s amazing. (It’s hard for me to do this at home, as I always feel the need to “do” something - so this is where I go to escape and recharge).
The pool was still pretty cold but the kids didn’t mind!
We did leave Beaufort Sunday around lunch and head to Charleston to explore Magnolia plantation- I’d been wanting to take the kids there and it didn’t disappoint! The petting zoo was the favorite.
Such a fun filled, relaxing family weekend.
