Since I had upload issues, I've gotten behind. So, here I am playing catch up, not out of the norm. I feel like October is always so crazy for us- our big state fair is in town, pumpkin patch trips, football games, so much to do! Another non stop weekend, but so much fun.
Pictures are out of order, but oh well. Friday night (October 12th)we took our final sunset cruise of 2018 - they had already taken the lake down a good bit due to the hurricane flooding and are doing a huge draw down this winter, so we decided to go ahead and take our boat out. We enjoyed EVERY last second of lake season this year and are so sad to see it go. (I'll preach it till the cows come home- we are a SUMMER family!)
Saturday morning we took the kids to a local event, Touch a Truck- it was so neat and they ALL loved it. Every kind of tractor, firetruck, dump truck, etc.- so cool.
Saturday night Mikey and I headed out with some friends to enjoy a tailgate and football game- we had LOTS of fun, unfortunately our Gamecocks aren't too great again this year. Sigh.....
We spent Sunday afternoon and evening at the SC state fair, one of my favorite fall traditions, but I'm saving that for it's own post- too many pics;-)
