How is it already Wednesday?!  AND…how is it  only  Wednesday!?  Definitely one of those weeks!  I’ve got to share some house updates SOON because we are practically DONE, YAAAASSSSSS!!  (insert all the high five/happy face emojis).    On Thursday Collins had to have surgery to have a hernia removed from her belly button, she handled it like a champ and thankfully it didn’t last long because that just makes me a nervous wreck.  The brigh side was we got to spend the rest of the day together hanging out and watching movies =) Mikey ran the Palmetto 200 relay race this past weekend so it was just me and the kiddos  Friday night  and Saturday until he got home around 7.  So, what did we do? We took off to slumber party at one of my best friend’s houses with her kids, while her husband was gone running the race too.  We didn’t have long, but it sure was better hanging out with my bestie drinking wine as opposed to being by myself!  I had to keep the kids out of the house on Saturday becaus

Woohoo for SPRING…. But booooo to head cold/allergy/crap that I’ve got going on right now.  Yuck!  We had a nice little weekend, nothing major going on…just spent some good time hanging out with friends and family and playing.  That’s what weekends are for, right?!  We are almost finished with renovation (OMG!!)… there’s only a couple of things left to do (hardwoods, tile in mudroom, finish painting kitchen cabinets) but because the hardwoods is such a MAJOR piece to it, it still feels soooo unfinished.  Hopefully that will be happening next week.  Can’t wait!  Meanwhile, our master bath is FULLY functioning… okay, well I guess we still don’t have our shower door yet, but who cares.  So pumped.     Here’s a few pics from our weekend:-)  Introducing baby Charlie to our crazy crew! 5 year olds playing dress up and make up... oh my!! Welp, it’s been a while. Since I’ve been away Mikey and I enjoyed an incredible weekend (sponsored by his work for a conference) at the Reynolds Planation Ritz Carlton in Georgia where I spent 6 hours in the spa while he was in class.  I didn’t even know what to do with myself, it was heaven.  I read two books, had a massage and a pedicure and napped twice over the weekend. Yep, pretty amazing right!?    Two weekends ago, we didn’t do a whole lot, hung out with Mikey’s family  Saturday night  and just had family/relax time the rest of the weekend.  We managed to go to a baseball game the other night which is always fun…especially for the kids thanks to the huge playground!    We had about a two week delay in the renovation between two of our sub-contractors getting the flu and needing to pick different hardwoods.  We are getting close to the end, but as of right now it is still chaos!  BUT, my dad is installing our closet shelving today so I will finally be able to hang my clothes up i
