So, last Wednesday I decided I was going to jump on the "fit/diet/exercise/share your success with the whole world" train, a week later...what have I accomplished?  NADA.  (To be fair, I was out of the office at a hearing all day yesterday, or this post would have come then.)  Seriously though, I have not worked out ONCE the past week and a half, can we say PATHETIC!  I. HAVE. THE. TIME.  I.AM. LAZY. Geesssh.  I will never ever in my life be a morning person, try as I might...I think I have come to accept this that I won't ever be able to wake up and workout in the morning.  I like sleep way too much.  I get PLENTY of sleep these days, but it doesn't matter how early I go to bed I cannot ever seem to jerk my big behind out of bed till the very last minute.  I mean really?  It's actually quite ridiculous.  Anyways, I digress....point being most afternoons I have my gym bag packed and I am ready to go but something always seems...
