living life

There's been a lot of life lived the past couple of months, and I am so thankful for all of it.  The fun filled, go go go days and nights as well as the lazy, cartoon watching couch days- and everything in between.  Gorgeous Lake Murray sunset we are starting to enjoy again with the nice weather.  lazy play days outside My dad and Mikey tore down our old deck and built a new one, much bigger and safer. A little pirate day action for these two, I guess I should have put an under shirt for Thomas, oops! Always love when I can sneak away for a girls night. lake is back to being full now, we are so excited for lake days! my tiny dancer pickin' mama flowers:-) the cutest tee ball players I ever did see! Picture day cuteness We finally had a competition here in Columbia and had lots of support!  Our dance studio, did a parents section of our big production number this year (for fun) and of course I had to do it- so much fun dancing on stage with my girl!

Weekend at Grove Park

Thanks to the SC Young Banker's Association (and Mikey's job) we got to enjoy a weekend at the Grove Park in March.  It was magnificent.  There were events each night and Mike had to attend classes Saturday morning, but I got to spend my day at the spa and it was HEAVEN on EARTH.  I had a NINETY minute facial- I rarely indulge like that, but we figured since that was all we had to pay for all weekend, why not!?  I rotated between the steam rooms, saunas, and big comfy leather recliners by the fire all day just relaxing- pure heaven.  It was such a fun weekend, definitely would love to go back in the fall during the prime leaf changing season to see it in all its glory!

radio silence

So it's been a while- I had pretty much decided to just stop posting... I'm pretty sure like one person reads this anyways;-)  BUT, in the end I decided I wanted to keep going a little further, mostly for the kids sake- I would have LOVED something like this to look back on from when I was little- so that's my motivation to keep on keepin' on- for now. As usual, the Glenns have been B-U-S-Y. Collins went to her very first dance competition the first of March and we've now competed 4 times since, she loved every minute! We celebrated Dr. Seuess' birthday. We took the boys on a special outing to a Gamecock baseball game.  G and T started tee ball too, but only Graham wanted to take pics!
